James Beard Awards
- Sandy and Justin are among the chefs cooking after the awards for
1,500 participants. The theme this year is to cook a dish inspired
by a recipe from a James Beard cookbook. They are making
Wisconsin Borscht
with Duck Brats and Caraway Cream.
